One-person IT department with responsibility for end-to-end digitalization. Built data pipelines in Prefect, an internal KPI dashboard, and integrations to applications such as the Abacus ERP and the internal funding platform. Also delivered web applications and campaign sites, embedding tools into daily work so they create transparency rather than overhead. Current focus: a new backbone for the funding process of the Canton of St. Gallen.

At the IT/OT interface, responsible for capturing and visualizing machine data. Company-wide single point of contact (SPOC) for Power BI, with reports spanning heterogeneous data sources from machines through SAP to third-party systems. Delivered, among others, maintenance-effort reports per asset, SAP time-confirmation rate, packaging overfill reports, and machine downtimes in packaging and butchery, the latter with ad-hoc alerts via Power Automate. Expanded data coverage by bridging WinCC to an internal MQTT broker and routing data to multiple consumers. Coached colleagues on building performant Power BI reports and co-shaped the Unified Namespace concept.

Co-developed an internal forecasting tool for FMCG processes, running on Snowflake and a self-managed Databricks setup, built with Poetry. Built a custom Excel interop add-in for accessing MicroStrategy: by using the REST API and parsing in parallel across cores, parse time was reduced by 95% compared to the legacy add-in. Also delivered ad-hoc analyses and supported VBA automations.
